Battery Exchange InsulinSaver

When the battery in your InsulinSaver is depleted, it needs to be replaced by certified personnel. The battery life is 12-18 months under normal usage.

The price includes:

-One InsulinSaver with a new battery, delivery time of 5-10 working days

-Prepaid envelope for returning your old InsulinSaver

Please note: 

• This service is only for those who want to replace the battery in their existing InsulinSaver. 
• You will not receive the same InsulinSaver that you submit for battery replacement; instead, you will receive an InsulinSaver with a new battery. 
• If you want to replace the battery in multiple InsulinSavers, you need to purchase the same number of battery replacements. 
• We offer this service because we want to take responsibility for the product's waste management and lifespan.
